A Paraiba tourmaline is instantly recognized by its rare glow that radiates from the inside out. It was discovered in Paraiba, Brazil about 30 years ago and more recently in Mozambique and Nigeria, making them more accessible to you. They are hand-mined so as to protect the stone from damage.
